Held in January, the “Update on Infectious Diseases Conference”, organized by Curry Cabral Hospital (24th-25th February, 2022), were attended by around 300 people, from researchers to public health workers. During the two-day conference a poster created by partner ONDA-CEVDI was on display explaining how the VECTRACK sensor helps in the monitoring of infectious diseases transmitted by mosquitoes. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the poster was awarded the prize for best poster of the conference.
